Data & Analytics Coordinator

Data and Analytics Coordinators will assist in MIST’s data-driven decision-making process. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing pertinent data from various stakeholders to optimize organizational performance. Leveraging analytical skills, you will help steer MIST’s strategies through informed insights derived from both intra-region and inter-region data analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis

    • Systematically collect data and statistics concerning organizational performance from regional organizers, competitors, and other MIST participants

    • Conduct deep analyses of intra-region and inter-region data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities

  • Reporting and Presentation

    • Assist in compiling comprehensive reports that summarize findings on key performance indicators, supplemented with actionable recommendations.

    • Present your findings to the National Operations, facilitating data-driven strategic planning

  • Procedure Enhancement

    • Continuously work on refining and improving data collection procedures, ensuring accuracy and relevance in the data insights derived.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills

  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

  • Positive mental attitude with a focus on fostering a collaborative environment

  • Availability to commit 2-5 hours per week (attend operations committee meetings).
