Program Support Coordinator

The Program Support Coordinator manages the administrative and logistical backbone of programming. This includes maintaining a workshop bank and speaker directory, collecting and synthesizing program feedback, and supporting overall program execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workshop Bank, Speaker Directory, and Reference Materials

    • Design and maintain MIST’s internal workshop bank and speaker directory.

    • Collect and organize feedback on programming and speakers for regional reference and development of featured workshops. 

    • Identify trends across regional programming and attendee feedback to develop featured workshops and improve content.

    • Support regional organizers in navigating reference tools and finding the sessions and speakers best fit for their tournament.

    • Engage with regional teams in order to understand the current MIST landscape and provide adequate support.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MIST required (and MIST programs experience strongly recommended).

  • Should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with data or organizing systems. 

  • Prior involvement in event logistics or admin work is preferred.

  • 3-5 hours/week, with peak times during and immediately following regional tournaments (typically around spring).
