Program Support Coordinator
The Program Support Coordinator manages the administrative and logistical backbone of programming. This includes maintaining a workshop bank and speaker directory, collecting and synthesizing program feedback, and supporting overall program execution.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop Bank, Speaker Directory, and Reference Materials
Design and maintain MIST’s internal workshop bank and speaker directory.
Collect and organize feedback on programming and speakers for regional reference and development of featured workshops.
Identify trends across regional programming and attendee feedback to develop featured workshops and improve content.
Support regional organizers in navigating reference tools and finding the sessions and speakers best fit for their tournament.
Engage with regional teams in order to understand the current MIST landscape and provide adequate support.
Qualifications
Experience with MIST required (and MIST programs experience strongly recommended).
Should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with data or organizing systems.
Prior involvement in event logistics or admin work is preferred.
3-5 hours/week, with peak times during and immediately following regional tournaments (typically around spring).
